Winfried Haag

The intellectual father of the team and a management all-rounder. After graduating with a degree in mathematics and business management and he was later awarded a PhD in business administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany. Winfried Haag has a long track record in international business on all five continents, managing both large corporations and medium-sized family owned companies where he was head of IT, sales and marketing director and CEO with companies such as Widia/Cincinnati Milacron, Leuco/Tolatec AG, FAG/Schaeffler KG and Michael Huber Munich. His strengths are strategy and the general management of global enterprises. The partners count on his versatility, his broad experience, his unfailing instinct for successful and uncompromising teams, as well as his fully integrated leadership abilities.

Gregor Gröger

Gregor Groeger

The unstoppable "rainmaker" in the team, with fine entrepreneurial instincts and good fortune across different cultures, having lived and worked for many years in China, India, Russia, Ukraine and the USA. Company start-ups and business development are his speciality, in particular in growth markets such as Eastern Europe or Asia.
Gregor Groeger studied engineering at the University of Rosenheim in Germany. Since 1990 he has worked as an independent consultant and has had several project and line manager roles where the emphasis has been on mergers & acquisitions, setting up corporate subsidiaries, turnaround management or the structure and management of world-wide sales organisations.

Ian Roberts

Ian Roberts

The strategist and analyst of the team. With persistence and precision he combines a wealth of ideas with the ability to execute, convincing both customers and colleagues with his humour, stamina and perseverance – and all this in five languages.
Ian Roberts studied economics at the University of Hull, UK and has an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia, USA. He has extensive management experience in sales and marketing with companies such as Hawker Siddeley in the UK, Reeves International, Timex and Strand Lighting in Italy, as well as Leuco Tool Corp. in the USA. His strengths lie in the strategic and operational development of markets and international sales organisations.

Jürgen Meyer

Juergen Meyer

The team's heavy hitter – no challenge is too great. He drives corporate functions with rigour and without compromise to meet and exceed customer expectations. Highly persuasive with a no-nonsense attitude, straightforward candour and a high impact approach.
Juergen Meyer studied engineering and economics at Kaiserslautern. He has broad and deep management experience, notably in contract management, sales and marketing and manufacturing, with organisations such as the State Privatisation Agency in Berlin, Cellpack in Switzerland, Leuco, Saarstahl Voelklingen, Albea Kunststofftechnik as well as nobilé AG. His strengths are to be found in the holistic, market-focused restructuring of enterprises as well as the strategic and operational development of markets with multi-level selling.
